Price and renewal

Treatment Advisor costs $99 USD per physical practice location per month. The current checkout adds no tax. Billing starts at paid signup and renews monthly until canceled. Payment alone does not activate the advisor: the practice must complete setup, approve its content, verify its website and install the advisor.

Cancellation

Managers can schedule cancellation in Billing. Service ends at the end of the current paid subscription period. A scheduled cancellation can be reversed before service ends. Restarting after termination requires a new subscription and acceptance of the current policy.

Refund requests

Contact [email protected] with the practice name and invoice reference to request a refund. Requests, including requests for unused portions of a paid period, are reviewed individually. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund or a prorated credit. Support will communicate its decision directly. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Failed payments and access

New visitor inquiries require a current active, paid subscription. There is no discretionary unpaid grace period. Suspending new inquiries preserves manager access and existing appointment-request actions, subject to the retention policy below.

Inquiry retention after cancellation

Patient inquiries become eligible for deletion 30 days after the effective end of paid service. Scheduling a future cancellation does not start that period. Periodic cleanup removes eligible inquiry details and associated application records. Legal holds, active appointment requests and in-progress email delivery delay deletion until the blocking condition is resolved.

Managed database recovery can retain earlier copies for up to seven additional days. Recovery must include reapplying applicable deletions before restored inquiry data is made available. Aggregate reporting and operational records without the deleted inquiry details may follow separate retention periods. This billing policy is not a complete privacy notice.
